Oprah Winfrey could never have become a Billionaire
unless she lead with an iron heart and was comfortable
making others, UNCOMFORTABLE.

Because that is what great people do

They are comfortable making others uncomfortable

They challenge mediocrity
and dare greatness into people

They are ruthless in that they do not anyone
to get away with anything that isn't truth and of honor

Where is truth and honor found? In authenticity.

What great coach?

What great MOTHER?

What great anyone could become great without
challenging peoples bs, challenging their BETTER
and challenging their ability to LOSE the act
and to gather more of their most authentic self!

Uh, try none.

People have to earn my time

People have to earn my stage

People have to earn my ear

I asked a guy on yesterdays call

"How has Million Mind March changed your life?"

I even challenged him to give an answer using
no rhetoric

I pre-warned him not to use prattle and bull crap

I pre-warned him not to give me a song and dance

Well, guess what?

All poppy-cobb and rhetoric.

That was the best he could do.

He said

"Oh, life changing, thank God, I'm now a VESSELL
for mankind." -------------

Okay, I like that.

However that doesn't directly
answer my question and also sounds like an
answer anyone could give even if asked

"what makes you a good guy?"

Which still doesn't answer the question

How has THIS environment helped you?

My point is to lose the act

My point is to lose the social prattle

My point is to challenge people's insistence on

Telling people what you THINK they want to hear
versus speaking words that have value, that can only
mean they are YOUR WORDS, coming from your heart
and words that are not based on SELLING someone a bowl of crap

In an atmosphere an industry

Where everyone is RICH

Where everyone is bs NICE to each other

Where everyone is happy

Where everyone is FAMILY to total strangers

Where everyone is INSTANT best buddy

Hey?

What ever happened to old fashioned integrity

You know

Back when you were nice of course, but you
didn't give away your friendship just to make a buck

Where you didn't allow TOTAL strangers to get
to close until they proved themselves safe, worthy and kind.

YOUR KIND of people.

That kind of integrity.

I demonstrate ruthless compassion.

New members get confused and say, "Man, he's gruff"

That's simply their inability to see into my heart.

That is simply their inability to see past my style of teaching

It takes moxy and GUTS to be
someone of RUTHLESS COMPASSION

Why?

Because you know in advance that you are
going to quickly alienate and polarize people
whereby you will lose 50% of the crowd.

Because they will mis-judge you.

But I'd rather by misunderstood by a half margin
and remain able to elevate the others

I'd rather be myself and be a great agent of
Man's evolution and challenge the status quo
than be a nerr-do-well mamby pamby half wit
who allows every Tom, Dick and Harry to get
away with the same bullshit ACT that they used
to sucker themselves into a fraudulent life

That's a life that doesn't add up to much

That's a life that is meaningless because you
forgot to add meaning and depth to the very character
you used when you were speaking to people

That's a life where you hide behind social prattle
and use a face that hopes to fit in, versus a spine
that OTHERS can use to STAND taller

DISCIPLINES of DOERSHIP

That is what I sell

That is the T-shirt that I wear and that I sell

TEN feet tall and bullet proof

Ruthless compassion

Where you love YOURSELF enough
and find so much value in your own
brand of integrity, that you challenge
and boldly dare others to also adopt an
Air of TRUTH, rather than the act.

I challenge the world to lose the act

I challenge you, a SOLDIER of "can do."

I challenge you, as a paid member of my domain

I challenge you Shelly Allen, to STAND for something
and stand TALL and to not allow weaker men
to dilly dally and second guess their own words
and to SPEAK what you MEAN and MEAN what you say.

I challenge you to lose the fear based on who
you are AFRAID you might be, and to become TRUE
to the POWER that you actually are.

That is why I am sometimes tough on people

That is why I demonstrate ruthless compassion

That is how my DAUGHTERS grew up to be
incredible large LEADERS who are
always in FRONT and on top

That is the elixir of GRACE that I sold
people down the river on, so now they
could sail as a CAPTAIN and not nibble like a mouse

THIS is what it means to be TEN feet tall and bullet proof

THIS is the model of evolving into a state of Alpha Zen

Where upon who you are then becomes the light
for others that they then use to become the spot light themselves

But they can't, if you allow them to step on
their own tails, which they do, when they prattle and poise
as anything but REAL and anything but authentic

CASEAR used ruthless compassion

That's where you are comfortable making others uncomfortable

That's when you challenge people's act and dare
them to unlock their better

What great President could be remembered as great
who laid down versus being someone of STRENGTH
that challenged his team to be TEN feet tall and Bullet proof?

And you never could b that great, by being to afraid to call people
out if and when they missed the mark by half of themselves

By using rhetoric rather than truth

By using notion rather than a true narrative

Challenge people to lose the act

Challenge people to OWN their words

Ask people, "say it again and except this time
give me a precise example and lose the mumbo jumbo."

Ask people to become so HONEST that often
it's not what we want to hear, but yet something that
needs to be learned

Don't be a politician

Don't seek everyone's vote because it's impossible to get

Simply dare to dare others to keep it real

Don't make anyone wrong

Don't embarrass anyone

Simply be ruthlessly compassionate

The love is always there, which allows
the compassion to be felt.

But you are ruthless in that no one is
left to sing you a song and dance

They say that the world is desperate for leaders

I agree and you do too I bet

Okay

Then lead

And short of ruthless compassion makes you
a follower, not a leader, doesn't it?

That my friend, is the ZEN DOERSHIP of leadership

I am strength and Honor

That is what Joe Schroeder stands for
